Our Founders Journey

I grew up outside Detroit, Michigan—a city that runs on automotive passion. From an early age, I was obsessed with cars and what makes them tick. That obsession never left me.

In college, I channeled that passion into competition. I raced in Formula SAE (Think of it as F5 almost), where I didn't just drive—I led the aerodynamics team, learning how to optimize every detail for performance. Those years taught me that engineering and racing aren't separate; they're two sides of the same pursuit.

That education led me to a career as a Mechanical Engineer. I joined Stellantis (automotive company formed from Fiat Chrysler and PSA Peugeot), where I worked as a prototype engineer developing next-generation vehicles. It was the dream job—I was helping shape the future of cars.

But I knew racing was still calling. So when the opportunity came, I moved to Texas and pursued the next level: Tom's Formula College in Japan. I completed their program, getting hands-on training in what it takes to drive a Formula 4 car. It was confirmation of what I'd always known—this is what I'm meant to do.

Now, I'm building Atch Racing with two goals: to fuel my path toward a professional racing career, and to inspire others. Every simulator experience we offer, every story I share, is part of that mission—proving that passion, engineering, and determination can take you further than you ever imagined.
